Xmas Hit List: J Press Socks

I have little to no business wearing a bow tie, and as far as I'm concerned, blazers with suede-patched elbows are reserved for Steven Keaton and men who smoke pipes. So what the hell was I doing in J Press yesterday? I think a female shopper pulled her purse up close when I walked in wearing a beat up leather jacket. "But hey guys, it's cool. I have a blog and know what trad means." Isn't that like instant JP street cred?

A few people have been asking for a gift list for the men in their lives. Well, here's a start. Watch bands, scarves, wool caps and ribbon belts caught my eye, but I went home with more than a couple pairs of socks. At what age did socks become an interesting gift????
