The Sartorialistish

It takes the average man about 30 minutes to get himself ready in the morning, and the shutter of a camera about 1/100th of a second to snap a picture. The moral of this story can be found somewhere between the socks and the swagger of the fine gentlemen below -- always be ready. The Congo isn't known for its sartorial offerings to the fashion world, but evidently its love for it.
