ARCHIVE PHOTOS: Sailing School

A day in the LIFE of sailing class. Were these taken 40 days or 40 years ago? I have a list of activities in my life that I would love to cross off, but never seem to get around to it. The below activity is on it. My buddy got certified last summer, I had the chance to go with him, but didn't. For some reason, it's always been like heroin to me, fun to think about the high, always entertaining to watch movies about it and read about people's experiences, (c'mon, who doesn't love Trainspotting and Requiem...) but when it comes to putting the ol needle in, just can't quite get there. Did he just liken sailing to heroin? Okay, bad analogy, but you get it. I can talk about it, think about it, even dress about it, but I'll leave it to the big boys for now. I'll stick with the gateways.
