FILM WATCH: Badlands

"For a while, they lived together in a tree-house. In 1959, they murdered a lot of people." That was the tagline for Terrence Malick's 1973, Badlands. I'm biased because I already think Malick is a God when it comes to making movies, but it doesn't get much better than Badlands. Straight from the birth of cool, the movie is filled with the cars, style and way of speaking we all wish never went away. Cozy up next to the woman you love, a warm glass of milk and your .38 and enjoy.
